Polaroid Hotel
Leadapron on Melrose place is a new gallery that sells art, photography, fine art and rare books. Last night the gallery hosted the release and book singing of Polaroid Hotel by Patrick Hoelck. The reception in west Hollywood was from 9-11pm and it was full of hipsters and artsy types. Patrick Hoelck is a contemporary American photographer and director. He is well known for his editorial, fashion, music and ad campaigns. He “payed tribute to the art of Polaroid photography with a book of images that captured intimate moments of his life and career throughout 17 years, showing that just because Polaroid aged it hasn’t lost its appeal.” We couldn’t agree more…
The best part of the evening was my art of balance on the super high Devi Kroell suede and satin platforms all night.
